To be a good Agent, you must have a good patience. Insurance Agent is a long term career. Thus, creating long term business relation with existing & potential client is necessary.
I am a cool guy, but I admit i do not have good patience when I was young (maybe still happen once a while nowadays). For example; I do not prefer to stuck in the traffic jam, because I will start to overtake all the car drivers in front of me... (especially during long distance journey towards my hometown/klang valley).
