I have a Client. He took life insurance plan with me somewhere in 2012.
Normally a typical Insurance Client of mine, expected me to remind them regarding all insurance matters...
But this Client of mine is different from the others...
He picked auto-debit method via his debit card for monthly premium (insurance mode of payment).
Even though he received sms from Prudential BSN Takaful each time deduction was succesfully done, he still asked me. "Just to confirm it once again" he said...
I respected this guy.. Mohd Firdaus is his name.. good friend & good client of mine.
How to find a good Policy Holder (Client) like this? Not easy...
And it is not under Agent's control. But there will be a few out of so many Clients.
I guess he likes the exclamation mark (tanda seruan) more than his own/other photos...
