Lagi cerita Prudential tak bayar claim tahun 2016 ni.
Total dah 2 client saya yang x dibayar. Satu cerita lama & satu lagi yang baru dalam tahun ni 2016.
Kita punya semangat fight & back up Client, alih2 last sekali dapat tahu ada non-disclosure during application dr pihak Client masa apply.
6 requirements di minta pihak penilaian prudential.
Kat situ aja saya tengok dah macam2 sakit rupa nya client saya ni.
Masa apply x nak cerita, bila timbul masalah nak claim mula lah salahkan ejen.
Moral of the story:-
During insurance or takaful application, pls disclose everything. Please do not blame the insurer or the servicing agent, when your claim requires investigation, put as on hold status, rejected, & etc.
It all depends on you. It starts with you.
DISCLOSE EVERYTHING!
