Located somewhere in Kota Damansara area, under the district of Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Below is the Google Map. For those who have no idea how to go there, the easiest way is by using PLUS Highway (either from South or North direction) & take the Kota Damansara Exit. After the Toll, go straight & take the left lane once you see flyover right in front of you (do not take the flyover). Then turn left & you can see the Hospital on your right hand side.
My Daughter was admitted there due to Influenza B Fever. Admitted since last Tuesday, 21st May until the discharge day on Friday, 24th May 2013.
I would say that the treatment was very good, the staff is friendly & the attending Doctor was very cooperative as well. Parking is very cheap during the weekend. The Hospital is quite clean & new. The Best thing is, the food menu & taste were incredible. As a patient, you may choose which food menu suits you. The Taste? - amazing! Like Hotel/Resort taste (does not taste like typical Private Hospital).
My daughter discharged process handled efficiently (of course because we used PruBSN Takaful Insurance). No waiting at all, just sign last document to discharge & that's it! (All needed/requested documents by Client ; discharge summary, bill, etc. are given without extra query).
Then why there are certain people claimed that Prudential has got problem, Prudential not good, etc. ?
If somebody have not tried Tropicana Medical Centre service as a Private Hospital, I suggest you give it a try... Trust me... :)
