Insurance is not just about figure. Some people I met claimed that they pay certain monthly premium, but received higher protection (in term of $) compared to Prudential. Well, every insurance company has their own package & plan. So does Prudential. It is definitely different once compared to one another. As an agent, I truly agree.
However, Insurance is not just about figure in $. Insurance has its complete cycle. When we talk about insurance cycle, it comprises of Right Plan - Hassle Free Service - On Time Reimbursement.
Right Plan: An offered plan by an Agent meets client needs.
Hassle Free Service: No difficulty during sick/emergency time, particularly on treatment/ward admission.
On Time Reimbursement: Claim is paid sufficiently as per policy agreement on-time/faster.
What is the point of having good $ figure but the insurance plan does not suit client's needs?
Where is the rationale when during sick time, client faces difficulty during admission process or having trouble in getting the claim/ medical reimbursement on-time?
People who signed up for an insurance plan, will always want faster services and faster payment/claim. "On-time" is good, but "the faster the better", right?

I subscribed "Sumpahan Kum Kum" horror movie via Astro First last week. One of the great Malay Horror Movies I have ever watched. I noticed that the ghost appearance is quite fast. Ghost in horror movie appears typically after 30minute of movie length at least. Delay may make you feel boring & fed up sometimes. But if not mistaken, the ghost (scary died lady) appearance was faster inside this movie.
THE FASTER THE BETTER, right?
I do recommend this interesting movie for those who have not watched it.
