"Saya Jarang Sakit"

Pengalaman bekerja sebagai ejen Prudential kadang-kadang melucukan. Adakalanya menghairankan. Saya tidak pasti samada pengalaman berikut yang akan dikongsi lucu @ hairan. Bagi saya mungkin kedua-duanya sekali.

Sekitar awal tahun 2011, pernah saya menghulurkan "flyer" Prudential semasa saya di booth Hospital Bersalin Pusrawi, Kota Damansara, Selangor. Ada seorang gadis sedang duduk berseorangan. Saya berjalan menuju kepadanya sambil menghulurkan flyer saya. Jelas di wajahnya kelihatan sedikit rasa tidak selesa.

My Feeling - Unimaginable

The path: Semenyih - Phileo Damansara - Johor Bahru - Cheras.

1. Insurance Presentation was done to my client in Semenyih long ago, in 2010.
2. His case (child protection plan) submitted to Prudential in Phileo Damansara Office immediately & approved few days after.
3. My Client's Child met an accident in Johor Bahru few weeks back.
4. Submitted by hand the Reimbursement Claim Cheque to my Client in Cheras during lunch hour today, 8 Dec 2011.

"No thank you, I have got insurance..." PART1

Many people I met claimed they have got theirs. This is good. Most of them have got theirs.. If not mistaken, most people are afraid of insurance or when they hear somebody is going to present them something related to insurance. :)

However, human beings tend to do mistake. Normal people would make mistake sometimes. In insurance field, few people made mistake (maybe a huge number made mistake). Why I say so? Because they do not fully understand how the insurance would help them. Insurance has different function, and it serves different needs. At the end of the day, the final insurance proposal/plan depends on the customer's understanding & needs.

Kejutan!

Saya adalah peminat sukan & merupakan pengikut acara Sukan Sea semenjak dari kecil. Jika ada masa, saya akan mengikuti siaran-siaran sukan. Baik secara langsung mahupun tertunda. Acara Bolasepak terutamanya.
Kadangkala dalam kehidupan/aktiviti seharian, akan berlaku pelbagai kejutan. Perkara yang tidak disangka-sangka.

Suka saya mengambil contoh dalam dua acara Sukan Sea di Indonesia yang baru sahaja tamat secara rasmi malam semalam. Dalam acara olahraga misalnya, siapa sangka kuartet 4 x 400m lelaki negara mampu menggapai pingat emas dalam acara yang dikelaskan sebagai "tiada harapan" / "bukan sukan elit". Bagaimana kemenangan ini boleh terjadi? Satu Kejutan bukan?

Typical Question: "I am covered by the company..." PART1

I meet one of my old friends recently in Taman Cuepacs, Cheras (we studied together in primary school). We share the same interest, football definitely. We talked a lot on that cold rainy evening at one of Mamak Restaurants there. As an Authorized Agent, surely one of the purposes of meeting him was to share about takaful medical protection. My good friend had no objection to listen.

I met lots of different people in this field. However different people do not mean different question will occur. Some people have lots of question while some people may have less.Some people may ask new/unique question while the others ask typical question.
During that sharing session, my good friend ask this typical question, as always;

My last post was few months back. I were too busy. Many things need my attention.

Tekanan Perasaan

Saya masih ingat disekitar pertengahan tahun 2010, ketika saya membuka booth Prudential di Damansara Damai, Selangor. Ada seorang jejaka awal 20-an terpandang banner Kad Perubatan Prudential milik saya. Ketika itu saya berseorangan, dan tiada ejen-ejen senior yang lain. Saya melemparkan senyuman & dia membalasnya, lalu terus berjalan tenang menuju ke meja Prudential.

Beliau memperkenalkan diri, bekerja sebagai penyelia di salah sebuah syarikat telekomunikasi gergasi Malaysia. Tanpa membuang masa, saya terus berkongsi dengan beliau mengenai kepentingan Insurans terutamanya Kad Perubatan (Medical Card), supaya beliau faham seandainya beliau berminat untuk mempunyai perlindungan kesihatan peribadi.

Hi All,
I heard here & there, people are creating & having their own blog. At first, my thought was very simple; "BLOG is nothing, it is just another medium of internet communication, the same as Facebook,Twitter, etc. . And why should we have a blog? as we already had FB for example.."

But then until I try it myself, I believe it has difference...
